Exchanges:

  • Eligibility:  Exchanges are acceptable up to one week of purchase. For exchange some requirements are that the product must be unused, undamaged and intact with its original packaging with price tags still attached.
  • Exchange Protocol: kindly contact our support team in order to exchange any item. Our team will cater to your request after providing order and items details.
  • Exchange shipping: Customer must bear the expenses of shipping costs while returning the original item as well as for receiving the exchanged item. Until and unless exchange is initiated due to our error i.e.; wrong item shipped, damaged item.
  • Exchange availability: Exchange is totally dependent on the availability of the product. If during the exchange our product is no longer available, you can select any other product from the existing items. We can also provide you with an online coupon that is of same value as the product being returned. That coupon can be valid for your future shopping spree!
  • No Returns for change of mind: If a customer doesn’t like a certain product or simply changes his mind, we don’t cater to such exchanges. It is highly appreciated that you consider carefully before making any purchase or completing your transaction.
  • Damaged or Compromised Quality: If the items received is faulty, damaged or in any way its quality is compromised, immediately contact our customer service. Our team will investigate and verify the issue. On verification we’ll provide you an online coupon that is worth your item and you can easily use it for further purchases.


Exceptions and Conditions:

Non-Exchangeable items: Items bought from clearance deals or sales are not exchangeable.

Proof of Purchase: An order confirmation or receipt are necessary for all exchanges.

Orders Before Sales: Kindly keep in mind that items purchased or orders placed before any promotional sales or clearance campaigns will not be sold on sale prices. This is our policy for fair pricing to those customers who purchased our items without sale.

Delivery Consideration: We have partnered with trusted courier companies but please keep that in mind that any unpleasant conditions may lead to additional deliver charges or in rare case undelivered parcels as well. As we work hard for smooth deliveries it is impossible to take full responsibility of the potential problems caused by courier companies like service interruption or unexpected charges.
